Return & Exchange

Provided the products are still in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, adjusted, dirtied, you may cancel the order within 14 days of the delivery of the order.

You should create a request within 14 days after you receive the product and please make sure to provide detailed information on why you want to return the product(s) to our email monakita.returns@gmail.com. We will respond to your request as soon as we can. Only after receiving our email response will you be able to return the product. Please print the form we have sent you via email, fill it out and send it together with the product.You will then have 14 days starting from after you receive our email response to send it back.Please bear in mind that the shipping costs of the return will be borne by the customer.

If we receive your package more than 14 days, we have the authority to cancel your requests.

Since the brick-and-mortar shops and the online shops operate independently, an item purchased in a brick-and-mortar shop cannot be returned to the online shop.

Please note that Mon Akita reserves the right to refuse returned items in the following cases:
- Returns outside the time limit (after 14 working days)
- Returns that are not consistent with the stipulations, given that products must be returned in their original packaging and state.
